Bulk Buys may accept returns for any unopened, unused products within 14 days from the invoice date. It is important that all original packaging is included to qualify for a refund. Some items do not qualify for refunds (unless defective/damaged/wrongly sent). These include food and beverages, medicines, face masks and custom orders (including large volume, specially priced quoted orders). Further, some special order items are not returnable.
