Supply Chain Update

Due to escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, global shipping routes and manufacturing supply chains are currently experiencing disruption. Several raw material suppliers have temporarily suspended new orders, which is affecting the global market.

As a result, some supply pressure is being seen across our directly imported brands; Papia, Familia, Teno and Bingo — as well as across a number of Australian suppliers. Because of this, some items may experience longer than usual restocking times and may remain out of stock for extended periods.

Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working closely with suppliers and logistics partners to minimise disruption wherever possible. We are continuing to do everything we can to maintain supply and restore stock levels as quickly as possible.
