At Bulk Buys we ship supplies nationally and we strive to provide you with good quality service. 




Bigger & Bulkier Orders

Bigger, bulkier, sensitive or weighty items, or some deliveries to outer/regional/rural areas, may be subject to additional delivery charges, and may incur extended transit times. This is usually due to their nature and the extra handling required in transporting them.

Additional Freight Charges

If you have placed a bigger and bulkier order or team will be in contact with you to discuss additional charges either prior to placing and/or paying for your order, or after your order has been placed. You will be advised of additional freight, handling or shipping charges.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the address they provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

Bulk Buys is not responsible for orders that are returned or incorrectly delivered because the address details provided at checkout were incorrect.

Though you are welcome to contact us after placing your order and request to change the address, we cannot guarantee these changes as sometimes they are requested after the items have been packaged and are ready for dispatch.

Can you ship to my PO Box/GPO/LPO/Parcel Locker or Parcel Point?

We do not deliver to any of the above.

We can deliver to a local post office only if the parcel can be addressed and signed for by a staff member employed at that post office. 


Fulfillment of Order

We use a number of third party providers to deliver our freight. 

Most commonly, our orders get sent via Couriers Please, Startrack, Fastway, Hunter Express or TNT. Larger items or orders usually get sent via TNT, Hunter Express or Fastway. We also ship direct from our manufacturers and distribution centers around Australia.

Some couriers may leave your parcel at an affiliate shop for collection if they have failed to deliver it to you; such as with a 7/11 or Pop Shop. 

To ensure you get your order in the quickest possible time, Bulk Buys may ship from a number of warehouses around Australia. If you have ordered multiple items, some items may be out of stock in one warehouse, and therefore, may ship from another site. In this case, please allow adequate time for delivery of the product.

Orders are often dispatched in multiple parts, and in some cases will be sent from different Australian states. Multiple parcels from the same order will not necessarily arrive on the same day, at the same time. Having the goods ticked on your paper invoice enclosed with your delivery is not an indicator that the goods are supposed to arrive the same day, only that they have been packed prior to dispatch by our warehouse team.

Please allow 5 business days after the receipt of your first items for the remainder of the order to arrive. If your complete order is not received within this time, reach out to our customer service team.

Authority to Leave

Unlike most couriers that require you to sign for your delivery, Bulk Buys will give you the opportunity to select ‘Authority to Leave (ATL)’ at your final stages on the checkout page. This allows us to give authority to your courier to leave your order as per your instructions. Please take special note, when you select this option, Bulk Buys will not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders. Please note, that some carriers require a signatory for certain orders. If you are not home during business hours, or are delivering to a residential address, we recommend giving us Authority to Leave (ATL) to reduce any shipping delays.

Please note: Due to COVID-19 some courier companies have taken the precaution of processing all deliveries as an ATL (Authority to Leave) transaction. This means the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address, and a photo will be taken of the item at the door. If the courier cannot deliver the package to a safe place, they will leave a calling card with further instructions. In this instance, the parcel will be dropped in to a local Parcel Connect outlet for collection at a convenient time, or returned to the nearest depot for re-delivery. 

Tracking Your Order:

When your order is dispatched, you will be provided with a confirmation email. If your order has been shipped with a courier service, you will receive a tracking number which you can click to open. 

Numbers beginning in AU are tracked via Interparcel's integrated tracking system and will not appear in standard courier tracking searches. Please track your items here:

The customer is responsible for keeping an eye on the tracking of their order for any delivery attempts or service interruptions. Further information when this happens can be seen by clicking "Detailed Events +" in the right hand corner of your tracking screen.

Please contact us in a timely manner if there is a failed delivery attempt or service interruption. Couriers will return parcels they have not been able to deliver within 5 business days of the first attempt. If you do not contact us to advise of the issue and the parcel is returned, you may be required to pay for reshipment of goods (as we will have already been charged a Return To Sender fee). 


Pick Up

No pickups are available. All orders are processed from our online store and shipped to your nominated address.


Delivery Time Frames

Delivery of items can vary due to location and manufacturers stock holdings. Our warehouses around Australia hold a large amount of stock, however, Bulk Buys gives you access to tens of thousands of products.

Under normal situations, where the product is in stock, orders are processed within two days. 

Australian couriers are experiencing delivery delays due to the high volume of parcels they are processing in the wake of the pandemic (which continues to create demand for online ordering due to supply chain issues). We have noticed that some packages are not being scanned correctly into their systems and are not showing any delivery movement until day of delivery. You can keep track of your parcel from the link in the email we send when your order is shipped.

Delivery time frames can change due to circumstances out of our control and we will do our best to keep you up to date with information regarding your order. We will notify you via email and/or text message when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, and again when the item has been delivered with POD. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only as transit times vary right across Australia. These time frames exclude Public Holidays and Weekends and may be further delayed by unforeseen or significant events such as natural disasters, industrial action, worker shortages, etc.

Carriers are responsible for your purchase's transit once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Any transit delays with the carrier are out of our control. Please monitor the status of your package through the tracking link we email.
