Our shipping rates are not flat and are based on parcel weight, dimensions and destination.

To find out how much shipping will be to your address, add the desired items to our online shopping cart and go to checkout. Put your delivery address in the address field and this will be automatically calculated for you. 

Please be advised that especially heavy or large shipments may incur additional costs, as the shipping calculator does not always accurately calculate these totals, something which we are working to fix.

If this applies to your order, you will be contacted by a member of our processing team and given the option of paying this fee. If you do not wish to proceed, we can cancel and refund your order in full.

Our warehouse team usually dispatches orders within 24-48 hours of them having been placed. However, orders placed late on a Friday or over a weekend may not be dispatched until Tuesday so our packing team has time to catch up with weekend orders. 

If an order cannot be dispatched due to an unexpected shortage or interruptions, customers will generally be contacted by a member of our processing or warehouse team.

Please be advised that the below information is a guide only, and will change as conditions improve or decline in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated delays (which can occur at any point in the delivery process in the present climate). 

Victoria: 2-6 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 4-8 business days for regional.

NSW: 4-8 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 8-12 business days for regional.

QLD: 5-10 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 8-14 business days for regional.

SA: 5-10 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 8-12 for regional.

NT: 6-12 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 10-15 for regional. 

WA: up to 15-20 business days in metropolitan areas, up to 30 business days for regional.

*Business days are days excluding weekends (ie. 15 business days = 3 weeks)

For islands, including Flinders Island, Palm Island and others, deliveries may take 20 business days. 

If your item is taking a much longer amount of time, or has been listed as "booked" for more than 48 hours, please contact with your order number and we can launch an investigation into its status. 

Alternatively, you can contact InterParcel directly on 1300 006 031 (for tracking inquiries ONLY). 

All our deliveries are contracted via a company called InterParcel who may contract any number of Australian couriers depending on your location and the size of your delivery. 

These include Couriers Please, StarTrack Express, TNT, Northline, Hunter Express and many others depending on which couriers service the delivery destination. 

Please be advised that we do not ship with Australia Post. 

Due to the prohibitive cost of freight, as well as long transit and customs waiting times in the wake of COVID-19, we have temporarily stopped overseas orders for retail consumers. 

We look forward to providing goods to our international customers again when the crisis is over. 

We do not deliver to PO boxes or GPO boxes.

We can deliver to a local post office only if the parcel can be addressed and signed for by someone employed at that post office. 

Our tracking numbers work only with InterParcel. 

This portal provides information directly from the courier regarding your parcels journey.  

Please contact with images of the damaged items or images of all items received and the packaging (if possible) and we will replace your damaged items and locate or replace your missing items.

If you send a cancellation request after your item has been dispatched, unfortunately you will need to return the items at your expense as a change of mind.
