The current surge in demand for online deliveries, as well as the ongoing pressures on logistics due to exposure events and isolations, and natural disasters is causing significant delays for carriers nationwide.
We would like to advise customers in WA that there are currently long delivery delays with many deliveries taking as long as 6 weeks to reach customers there. Some deliveries are taking even longer than this.
Ongoing travel restrictions for deliveries by air, recent flooding and parcel volumes are putting enormous pressure on carriers who are delivering goods to WA from interstate.
In addition, since early March, we have observed a jump in the cost of freight to WA overall, resulting in more customers receiving notifications to advise the freight costs are higher than expected. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, especially if you are ordering larger items, multiple items or live in a remote area.
In addition, flood affected regions in NSW and QLD are impacting the ability of couriers to navigate networks local to those regions. Your parcel may be held in depots until it is safe for transit staff to proceed with the delivery.
Australian couriers as a whole are experiencing delivery delays due to the high volume of parcels in their networks and frequent adverse events. We have noticed that some packages are not being scanned correctly into their systems and are not showing any delivery movement until day of delivery.
You can keep track of your parcel from the link in the email we send when your order is shipped.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only as transit times vary right across Australia. These time frames exclude Public Holidays and Weekends and may be further delayed by unforeseen or significant events such as natural disasters, industrial action, worker shortages, etc.
Carriers are responsible for your purchase's transit once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Any transit delays with the carrier are out of our control. Please monitor the status of your package through the tracking link we email.
