The current surge in demand for online deliveries, as well as the ongoing pressures on logistics due to exposure events and isolations is causing significant delays for carriers nationwide.

Our business, like many others, is also experiencing issues in the current conditions and is running with limited staff.

While our warehouse team has the majority of orders ready for collection within 4 business days, we are currently experiencing delays. Please allow up to 7 business days* for your order to be dispatched.

Bulk Buys would like to advise our customers in NSW that StarTrack will be returning any parcels to businesses that appear closed as they are currently overburdened with mountains of freight that cannot be delivered due to closures. Please ensure your business is in operation onsite before placing an order to its address.

We would also like to advise customers in WA that there are currently long delivery delays. The advice from couriers is as follows:

Given the high volume of parcels currently within our network, combined with ongoing travel restrictions in WA, our team are experiencing disruptions to network operations, resulting in delivery delays by up to 10 days past the estimated delivery date.

 Shipping times to each state/territory:

Please be advised that the below information is a guide only, and will change as conditions improve or decline in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated delays (which can occur at any point in the delivery process in the present climate). 

Victoria: 2-6 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 4-8 business days for regional.

NSW: 4-8 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 8-12 business days for regional.

QLD: 5-10 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 8-14 business days for regional.

SA: 5-10 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 8-12 for regional.

NT: 6-12 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 10-15 for regional. 

WA: up to 15-20 business days in metropolitan areas, up to 30 business days for regional.

*Business days are days excluding weekends (ie. 15 business days = 3 weeks)

For islands, including Flinders Island, Palm Island and others, deliveries may take 20 business days and up to 35 business days due to freight and ferry delays.

If your item is taking a much longer amount of time, or has been listed as "booked" for more than 48 hours, please contact with your order number and we can launch an investigation into its status.
